Flourish Brand Craft is the studio I founded for emerging product businesses who want a strategic brand design partner that gets them. The identity had to feel like me: approachable, a little playful and rooted in real startup experience. With hand-drawn illustrations and messaging that feels more like talking shop than talking down, Flourish sets a human tone before I even say hello.
The core brand system uses logos, color, illustration and type to introduce the vibe: creative, knowledgeable and fun.
Social assets lean into myth-busting and maker pride. I designed posts that demystify lingo and highlight how expert design helps emerging brands. For many founders, this is the first time they feel like someone is actually speaking their product biz language.
The same voice continues: educational with a touch of cheek. It's all about expertise and empathy, because I’ve been in startup mode too. Clients often say, “Finally, I can stop wasting time on Canva” or “Seeing the entire brand application at once is so helpful.” Clarity for the win.
Outreach collateral strikes a balance: polished enough for cultivating leads, but no yawn-fest. Emails and infocards are cheerfully opinionated, with plenty of illustrations sprinkled in to celebrate makers and their craft.
Merch is all about playfulness: mugs, totes and stickers I designed with rallying cries and maker mottoes. They’re brand assets, yes, but also conversation starters — design can build community as much as credibility.
Designing Flourish was a chance to walk my own talk: create a brand that’s approachable, rooted in biz experience and ego-free. The result is more than a fun new look: it embodies a service that saves founders time and helps them step into growth mode. It’s proof that branding can feel joyful and human, while still delivering the strategy and clarity emerging businesses need to thrive.
